Our idea of a bar is the result of a lot of study, research and travel. Serious mixed drinks, served in glassware chosen for them, bringing high-end mixology together with the simplicity of drinking on the sand, at any hour.
Our back bar holds around 130 bottles, selected from among the best in the world.
Filippo, our bar manager, started out studying the raw materials and kept going through endless research and travel: distilleries, labs, big cities and famous cocktail bars, bringing back the fruit of that search every summer.

The Champagneria is the cherry on a cake made of a great many sought-out wines. Our wine list is a work sculpted by the endless research of Filippo, our Sommelier, who visits producers and regions every year.
Travelling, seeing, putting your nose in the cellar and in the glass, meeting people, like a chisel searching artfully for the shape within the material.
Ours is a Champagneria by the sea, where you will find plenty of hard-to-find champagne, offered properly and honestly, served in mouth-blown glasses chosen for them.
